Kris Aquino: Bullet Proof

Hey people, swing by naman kayo sa blog ko. Meron na namang deranged person na nag-comment. It's a guy who rabidly defends Kris Aquino dahil binash ko raw ang Feng Shui. Heto ang sample comment niya:

Sorry folks, but I’m no PR man of Star Cinema, much more of Kris & the Aquinos. But can’t you see, I’m no phantom of the opera nor am I any figment of one's wanton imagination because I’m for R-E-A-L. In fact, I’m slowly inching or climbing my way to the "DATE PALMS" (Read: LADDER) of success here in Kuwait. Can’t you admit to the blighted, deflated & demoralized realm of your egomaniacal persons & deflated souls that, here at least & at last, is one great fan of Kris & the Aquinos, just one among their multitudes of silent admirers, who had to come out as the Aquinos’ “Patriot Missile” to your “Scuds” of perennial verbal diarrhea, diatribes & character demolition of Kris & her family?

But wait, there's more:

Kris maybe annoying at times, but berating Feng Shui, the film, as others do on the basis of their biases against Kris is totally outlandish.

Call me a movie buff or better still an ordinary movie fan, but never a film pundit nor a paid "PR" hack of Kris or Star Cinema as others want, are inclined or made to believe.

Allow me to give my subliminal, unsolicited," out-of-this-world" inkling of Feng Shui, replete with my disclaimers & waiver above: That the movie is a living testament to the Filipino filmdom's passion not to wallow in its primordial abyss, & that swimming against the Tidal Waves of Filipino people's biases, it is not about to give-up yet on its quest to scale greater heights & better threshold.

For the record lang: I did not bash Feng Shui. I even said it's a good scary movie and that Kris Aquino's acting was sort of improving. Hindi na siya over the top, low key and medyo subdued. It started with Mano Po 2, I just don't know kung bakit sa tv talagang pasaway siya. How come I get all these crazy comments? Kungdi boldstar, "date palms climber." Argh!
