Barely Alive

I'm barely alive, kantogirl. I've got four papers to submit and four exams coming up this november. hayop sila magpa-exam dito, fifty percent ng grade mo. kaya ang mga estudyante hindi umaabsent at super kung makinig sa prof at mag-take ng notes (to the point na hindi na nagpa-participate sa class discussions) kasi baka lumabas sa exam yung sinasabi ng prof. pag-uwi ko sa pinas para magturo, magaya nga.

on the bright side, natanggap ako sa isang graduate conference on religion and technology, organized by the Asia Research Institute. pwede raw i-publish yung best papers, so i'm hoping na masama. i'm writing on technology and ideology among Christian megachurches in the Philippines . so on top of everything, kailangan kong matapos ang papel na ito bago mag-December 7.

December 7 kasi yun ang date ng flight ko pabalik. i'll be home from December 7 to January 6. hope to see you guys, soon.
